How To Exclude Someone From Your Will or Trust

You can exclude specific individuals from your Estate Plan by listing their names under "Exclusions" on your Summary page. Here’s how to do it after logging into your FastWill account:

1. Click Summary in the left-hand menu.

2. Scroll down to the Distributions section and click Edit.

3. When prompted, click Yes if you'd like to exclude anyone from receiving your property.

4. Enter the full legal name of the person you wish to exclude from your plan.

5. Remember to click Save & Continue to save your changes!
