Creating a Will or Trust for Someone Else

Can I create documents on behalf of someone else, like a parent or spouse?

Third-Party Assistance: While you can help someone else create an Estate Plan through FastWill, they must actively make all decisions and designations. The documents must accurately reflect the wishes and intentions of the testator (the person creating the Will) or the grantor (the person establishing a Trust).

By assisting them, you confirm that you have their permission and are acting solely under their direction. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy prohibit creating estate planning documents for a third party without their direction or consent.
