How to Upload Files to Your Account

When would I upload other documents or files to my account?

If you have additional documents you'd like to keep in digital form, you can upload them to your FastWill account. You can also designate a legacy contact to access these files after your passing. While this is optional, it can help your loved ones execute your plan more efficiently.

Here are some examples of the types of documents you may want to include:

- Letter of instruction

- Deeds

- Vehicle titles

- Family IDs

- Bank statements

- Insurance policies

Each uploaded document can be up to 25MB, and you can store a total of 5GB of files in your account.

Note: Uploaded documents will not be included in your shipped Estate Plan documents.

How to Upload Documents to Your Account

To upload documents to your FastWill account, follow these steps:

1. Click Uploads from the left-side menu.

2. Click the + Add file button.

3. Upload or drag and drop your document (we accept file types PNG, JPG, or PDF).

4. Enter the file name and select the type (Family IDs, Financial Accounts, Property, or Insurance). If the document is associated with an asset already in your Estate Plan, you can optionally select it.

5. Click Upload.

Once your document is uploaded, you can view it in the Uploaded files section of your Uploads page. Click on the file name to review the document.
