Need to close your account? We're sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. Here’s how to request the deletion of your FastWill account information:
1. Log into your account.
2. Navigate to the Help or Support section.
3. Find the option to request account deletion.
4. Follow the prompts to submit your request.

How to Close Your FastWill Account
To close your account, follow these steps:
1. Contact Member Support: Reach out to our Member Support team via chat, phone, or email to initiate the account deletion process.
2. Provide Verification Information: To process your request, you’ll need to verify your identity. Please provide one item from each of the following categories:
- Credit Card or Estate Plan Verification:
- The last 4 digits of the credit card associated with your account
- OR a person listed in your Estate Plan
- Address or Phone Number Verification:
- The home address on your account
- OR the phone number associated with your account
3. Await Confirmation: We'll confirm receipt of your request. Your account and all associated information will be processed for deletion within 35 days of identity verification.
