How to Add Documents for Your Spouse
After purchasing spousal documents and logging into your account, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Summary tab in the left-hand menu.
2. Find the Basics section on your Summary page.
3. Click on your spouse's name listed under the "Married to" section.
4. Click Save & Continue until you reach the question: "Do you want to create Wills for both you and [spouse's name]?"
5. Click Yes. If you haven't purchased spousal documents yet, you'll be prompted to do so at this step.
6. Go back and review each question, answering from your spouse's perspective when creating documents on their behalf.
7. Remember to click Save & Continue after each answer to ensure your changes are saved.
You can always add estate plan documents for your spouse through your account. If you haven't purchased spousal documents yet, you need to do this first:
1. Click My Account.
2. Click Profile & Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Add-ons section.
4. Click Add spousal documents, then complete your purchase.
