Handling Client's Existing Trusts

FastWill provides Trust restatements for clients with existing Revocable Living Trusts. This process is similar to creating new documents but involves additional steps:

• Additional Questions: Clients will respond to more detailed questions to customize the restatement to their current needs.
• Incorporation of New Language: Specific language will be included to ensure the new documents align with the existing Trust's terms.

Since the restatement keeps the original Trust's name, it usually does not require re-funding. However, it’s important to note that all other existing documents, such as Wills, Power of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directives, will be revoked upon signing and notarizing the new documents.
